Program Description

The Emerging Leaders Innovation Program is designed to empower high-potential emerging leaders to drive positive change and innovation within your organization. Drawing on the principles of action research, leadership, and high-performance coaching, the program will equip participants with the skills, tools, and mindset needed to identify and work through key challenges facing your organization, while also fostering their capability and growth as leaders.

Program Uniqueness

One unique feature of the program is the action research project. Participants will work in groups on real-world projects within your organisation, applying the concepts and tools they’ve learned in the program to create positive change and drive innovation. Through this project, participants will gain hands-on experience in leadership and develop the skills needed to be successful in their role, long after the program finishes,

Purpose

Enabling Emerging leaders’capability to fuel innovation and drive positive, sustained organisational improvement. It is an organisation transformation.

The program is guided by the philosophy of Action Research, which emphasises the importance of improvement and the need to challenge conventional thinking and practices. Participants will learn to adopt a growth mindset and approach ‘challenges’ with curiosity and creativity, leveraging their diverse experiences and perspectives to develop innovative solutions. The participants will work within groups, as a cohort, have dedicated workshops to learn how to apply positive change in your organisation, and also receive personal coaching to help them navigate complex organisational dynamics and build strong relationships with their teams and stakeholders.

By the end of the program, emerging leaders will have a deeper understanding of their strengths and areas for development, as well as a clear vision for how they can drive positive change and innovation within your organisation. They will be equipped with practical tools and strategies for addressing complex organisational challenges and will have the confidence and mindset needed to lead strategically and achieve long-term success.
